Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days before they ship. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. In total, expect your order to arrive within 8-18 business days from the date you placed it.

Some of our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which is why delivery times are longer than same-day local shipping. We think the product is worth the wait, but we want you to know this upfront.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we are unable to guarantee it in all cases.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore only. We are not able to ship to other countries at this time.

Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by public holidays, peak sale periods, courier delays, or events outside our control.
